Who to contact
For privacy questions relating to this website, email [email protected]. Please identify the relevant page or interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Reading the website
The supplied site pages do not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, external font services or embedded social widgets. Photographs, styles and scripts are requested from the site’s own origin. Ordinary page delivery necessarily involves technical request information such as an IP address and browser request headers.
The hosting service may process access and error logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This site does not specify a verified hosting-log retention period, so we do not promise that technical requests are unlogged or immediately erased. Contact us for information about a particular hosting-related concern.
The local contact worksheet
Names, reply addresses and question text entered into the worksheet are processed in your browser to create a draft. The worksheet has no message-submission endpoint and does not transmit its fields to us. Its script does not save drafts to cookies, localStorage or a remote database.
Your browser may independently retain autofill entries or restore a page’s form state. Use the Clear Worksheet control and your browser’s privacy controls where appropriate. Clearing the worksheet does not remove copies you previously downloaded or copied elsewhere.
Copying and downloading
The Copy Text control requests access to write the generated draft to your clipboard when you activate it. The Download control creates a local plain-text file. Clipboard contents and downloaded files are managed by your device and may remain available to other applications or other users of that device. The website does not receive these copies.
Email correspondence
If you send an email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message and any attachments. We use correspondence to consider questions, address corrections and respond where appropriate. Email providers process messages as part of delivering and storing correspondence.
We do not use a question as permission to publish identifying information or a private photograph. Avoid sending sensitive personal data or material you are not authorised to share. Correspondence should be kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, relevant record-keeping and applicable legal obligations; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion date.
Rights and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send a request to the contact address above. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and verify the request. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
External destinations and changes
Email applications and any external websites you choose to visit operate under their own privacy arrangements. This policy describes this site, not those services. If the site’s data-handling features change, the policy should be revised to reflect them. Related information is available in the Cookies policy and Terms.
